What is a Heart-Wall? ❤️

Updated: Nov 11, 2022

Have you ever felt blocked in different areas of your life? Maybe you've felt blocked from finding lasting friendships, or you feel blocked from finding success. A Heart-wall may be the root cause holding you back! A heart-wall is comprised of layers of trapped emotions that have formed a "wall" around our heart!

You can't deny that a healthy-heart is extremely important!

"A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones." -Proverbs 17:22

So what happens when these layers of emotional pain and trauma we've experienced start to crush our spirit?

We create what's called a "heart-wall".

The heart-wall is subconsciously created, often as a protective mechanism. This protective mechanism serves a purpose in the moment, protecting us from those intense feelings of trauma, grief, hurt and heartache, but leaves us feeling hardened, numb and disconnected long after the temporary protection is needed!

The Bible even warns us not to harden our hearts!

"Blessed is the one who fears the Lord always, but whoever hardens his heart will fall into calamity." -Proverbs 28:14

Having a heart-wall may attribute to self-sabotaging, pushing the people we love out of our lives, and may even make it difficult to trust others. Some other signs of having a heart-wall may include:

-Emotional suppression

-Social Anxiety

-Financial hardship

-Depression and anxiety

According to Dr. Bradley Nelson (the author and creator of The Emotion Code), approximately 93% of people have a heart-wall! 🤯

Physical pain and tension can be associated to having a heart-wall!

Symptoms can include:

-Tension in the upper back, neck and shoulders

-Circulatory issues and stagnation

...and more!

Having a heart-wall leaves us constantly vibrating at a frequency of fear, hate, anger, sadness, or other low-vibration emotions. (By the way, negative emotions actually speed up the aging process!!!)

Thankfully, we can identify these layers of trapped emotions surrounding the heart, and release them layer by layer.

A heart-wall can make you feel numb.

"A heart-wall can be an emotional prison. Until you find it and release the trapped emotions and energies causing it, you will go through life somewhat like a zombie. You are moving, you are surviving, but you are not living." -Dr. Bradley Nelson, The Emotion Code

The heart actually has a measurable field! This electromagnetic energy field is five thousand times greater than our brain! 🧠

The heart acts as our "second brain", although it may actually act more like a brain than our actual brain does! The heart gives our brain messages... so what's happening when the heart is surrounded by layers of trapped emotions that are constantly vibrating at the frequency of fear? It's constantly communicating to the brain that these old emotions of fear, panic and depression are your current reality.

"One of the more amazing discoveries of modern science is that when a person feels love or affection for another person, the heartbeat of the person sending that love or affection becomes measurable in the magnetic brainwaves of the recipient." -Dr. Bradley Nelson, The Emotion Code

There is actually a whole neural network in the heart! 😯❤️🧠

Remove the heart-wall to:

❤️Boost your healing journey

❤️Raise your vibration

❤️Release the past

❤️Deep clean the old, stagnant emotions OUT!

❤️Starting hearing your intuition clearly!

Here's a testimony from one of my clients after working on releasing her heart-wall:

"I used to have severe anxiety to a point I would avoid going to family gatherings. This last weekend, I wanted to visit family and ended up staying the night there! No anxiety! I truly believe that the energy healing has helped me with this..."

As you've probably realized by now, the heart influences SO much of our lives. From physical things like cognitive function and memory, to what we attract and repel energetically.

I love this quote from Lisa Bevere in her book "Strong":

"The Bible confirms there is a real and ever present relationship between spiritual health and the heart. I am not implying that if we are sick we have an underlying spiritual problem... what I am saying is that bitterness, un-forgiveness, unresolved anger and other heart issues affect your immune system. the Bible has already declared for centuries what man is now finding to be true."

Emotions are energy. In a healthy body, energy is always moving and flowing. Trapped emotions are stagnant, stuck energy. What does that mean for our heart, and for our health? 🧐

"Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life." -Proverbs 4:23

A wall around your heart is NOT just a metaphor. 😉
